Warranty

The 12 Month warranty provided by Turbo Diesel Solutions applies to all parts (Turbochargers, Fuel Pumps, injectors or sensors, and their components)

If the spare part is delivery via courier and suffers damage, we will cover all expenses and replace the unit.

Warranty starts from the moment the customer receives the product and has up to 12 months to claim warranty insurance.

Please be aware that we will ask for further and detailed information before receiving the part for inspection. Basic information consists in: the last 2-3 services of the vehicle-engine (invoices must be provided),Proper proof of installation with evidence and other information related to the case.

This process allows us to identify any faults, rectify the issue and ensure your problem is resolved. Our goal is to streamline the warranty process and aim for a solution within 2-3 days (if all information is provided correclty).

Please be aware that for all warranty claims, the parts must be installed by a licensed mechanical workshop. We do not cover repairs conducted at home or by do-it-yourself methods. Additionally, modifications are strictly prohibited. The installation of turbochargers must adhere to the manufacturer’s standard guidelines, and boost settings should remain as required by the manufacturer.

If the part is determined to have an issue from factory, all delivery costs will be refunded and we will give the option of a full refund of the product  or the replacement of a brand new part (of our brands).

Outlined below are several scenarios that are not covered under our warranty:

⦁ Damaged compressor/turbine wheel caused by foreign objects.
⦁ Installation performed by a non-licensed mechanical workshop and or sending false information.
⦁ Altering the parts unit or assembly in any way.
⦁ Applying silicon/sealant on the turbo oil flange.
⦁ Tuning beyond the specifications provided by the manufacturer.
⦁ Using or fitting the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

⦁ Invoice must be provided by the company or person that originally bought the part. Third party complaints will not be considered. 

Important: Please note that this warranty solely covers parts and does not include any labour fees associated with the installation or removal of the product.
In the event of warranty tear-downs and reports, if the product is found to be free of faults and incorrectly diagnosed as faulty, a rebuild fee will be applicable.

If you believe a product is faulty, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the issue. Initial notification may be made by email.

To assess a claim, we may require supporting documentation such as mechanical reports, photos, videos, or other relevant evidence. Assessment cannot proceed until the requested information is provided.

Unreasonable delays in providing documentation may affect our ability to verify the condition of the product at the time of supply. Over time, factors outside our control — including third-party involvement, improper storage or packaging, exposure to weather, handling during storage or transport, attempted repairs, or incorrect installation — may impact the product’s condition.

Where such factors prevent proper assessment, we reserve the right to determine an appropriate remedy based on the information reasonably available. Any remedy will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
