Refund Policy


If you mistakenly or accidentally purchased the wrong item and wish to return it to Turbo Diesel Solutions, please review the following return conditions:

⦁ All returns or exchanges must be reported within 7 business days after receiving the items.
⦁ The returned product must be in its original condition. Before installing the product, please inspect it to ensure it is the correct one for your application. The returned parcel should also include all supplied accessories, lids, and gaskets (if included).
⦁ If you purchased a turbocharger, please ensure it is clean and in new condition. Our technician will examine the returned item, and if it is not clean, a $30 labor fee will be charged for cleaning. If the internal CHRA (Center Housing Rotating Assembly) is contaminated or marked with oil, a refund or exchange cannot be processed.
⦁ Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, depending on your payment method (original or return postage costs will not be refunded).

⦁ For exchanges, there may be a price difference between the two products.
⦁ Refunds or exchanges can only be completed once we physically receive the returned item; they cannot be processed beforehand.
⦁ The buyer is responsible for covering any return postage costs.
If you received the wrong item:
If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item we will give you your money back (i.e., the product differs from our website’s ad photos and descriptions), please return the product to us. We will either issue: A) a full refund, including both the sending and return postage, or B) send you the correct product once we receive the returned item.


Please be aware that for all warranty claims, the Parts/turbocharger/s must be installed by a licensed mechanical workshop. We do not cover repairs conducted at home or by do-it-yourself methods. Additionally, modifications are strictly prohibited for the Parts/turbochargers. The installation of turbochargers must adhere to the manufacturer’s standard guidelines, and boost settings should remain as required by the manufacturer.


Outlined below are several scenarios that are not covered under our warranty:

⦁ Damaged compressor/turbine wheel caused by foreign objects.
⦁ Installation performed by a non-licensed mechanical workshop.
⦁ Altering the Parts/turbochargers unit in any way.
⦁ Applying silicon/sealant on the turbo oil flange.
⦁ Tuning beyond the specifications provided by the manufacturer.
⦁ Using or fitting the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Please note that this warranty solely covers parts and does not include any labour fees associated with the installation or removal of the product.
In the event of warranty tear-downs and reports, if the product is found to be free of faults and incorrectly diagnosed as faulty, a rebuild fee will be applicable.
